Al Franken Says This is a vote for Him not Norm Coleman? »

Do we need anymore evidence proving the intentions of the Democrats and Stewart Smalley (aka Al Franken) are out to steal an election in Minnesota away from Senator Norm Coleman?

Al Franken says this is a vote for him..??!!

RedState: Stealing Minnesota: Al Franken Wants To Count Empty Ovals, Not Marked Ovals

I bet you won’t be surprised to learn Al Fraken is contesting that vote.

So, no marks at all go to Franken. Any mark for Coleman must be challenged.

Whistleblower » Blog Archive » One challenge headed to the state so far in Plymouth

The bubble beside Norm Coleman’s name appeared to have both an X and a squiggle in it, but the Al Franken campaign wants the state Canvassing Board to rule on whether it should count. That’s the only challenge in the special envelope in Plymouth so far, according to Sandy Engdahl, the city clerk and the official running the city recount.

Obama’s Change, Change You Don’t Have to Count »

Change you don’t have to count….If you’re Obama that is.

Obama has received millions $$ from overseas donors, intentionally turned off all safeguards when it came to online credit card donations, lied when he said he would follow the route of public campaign finance, paid ACORN almost ONE MILLION Dollars to bring him votes and now John McCain has to spend over 9 MILLION to investigate himself?

Welcome to Obam-A-merica!

McCain will use $9.4 million from his legal and accounting compliance fund to help pay for the investigation into how he spent his money.

Obama likely to escape campaign audit - Kenneth P. Vogel - Politico.com

The Federal Election Commission is unlikely to conduct a potentially embarrassing audit of how Barack Obama raised and spent his presidential campaign’s record-shattering windfall, despite allegations of questionable donations and accounting that had the McCain campaign crying foul.

Franken V Coleman - Democrats Stealing The Election »

Notice how Democrats are only interested in counting votes when they lose. Al Franken lost to Senator Norm Coleman but now the democrats are pulling out all the stops in an attempt to steal the election.

This must be an Al Franken recount because it reads like a scene from a Saturday Night Live script.

Minnesota Democrats Exposed

“Let’s assume the 32 disputed ballots in Minneapolis were legitimate. Let’s assume the newly discovered 100 votes in Pine County — all for Al Franken — were just overlooked by a sleepy official, and the 100 votes found in Mountain Iron — again, all for Franken — were valid.

Mischief in Minnesota? - WSJ.com

The vanishing Coleman vote came during a week in which election officials are obliged to double-check their initial results. Minnesota is required to do these audits, and it isn’t unusual for officials to report that they transposed a number here or there. In a normal audit, these mistakes could be expected to cut both ways. Instead, nearly every “fix” has gone for Mr. Franken, in some cases under strange circumstances.

For example, there was Friday night’s announcement by Minneapolis’s director of elections that she’d forgotten to count 32 absentee ballots in her car. The Coleman campaign scrambled to get a county judge to halt the counting of these absentees, since it was impossible to prove their integrity 72 hours after the polls closed. The judge refused on grounds that she lacked jurisdiction.

Some democrats all but admit how they are going to steal the election for Franken using the already in place guidelines. Hiding votes in car trunks and attics…No big deal.

The courts have already rejected a claim that Hennepin County cannot count absentee ballots because they were accidentally left in an election official’s car. Republicans are criticizing St. Louis County (where Duluth is), another Franken stronghold, because the county stores its ballots in the courthouse attic. But that just happens to be the location of a secure room to which the county auditor and chief election official have the only two keys.

What the democrats wont touch or answer is how many Coleman votes are making their way into the trash as the DEMOCRAT election officials transfer the “new found” ballots from their car trunks to the recount table?

Why Al Franken Will be Minnesota’s Next Senator | Democracy and Elections | AlterNet

There are many steps to a certified election result in Minnesota and each, to Franken’s benefit

The Democrat Firewall

Katherine Kersten - Could Senate recount referee’s resume color the result?

On the day before last week’s election, the respected on-line journal Politico predicted that these SOS victories would bear fruit this year. “Democrats have built an administrative firewall designed to protect their electoral interests in five of the most important battleground states,” Politico said. As a result, they are now “in a more advantageous position when it comes to the interpretation and administration of election law — a development that could benefit Barack Obama if any of those states are closely contested.”

That advantageous position could also benefit a Democrat in a pivotal Senate race, they might have added.

Ritchie said in an interview that he will be impartial in the Coleman-Franken recount. “Just two months ago, we ran two really great primary recounts, and I’m looking forward to the four recounts coming up,” he said.

Thus far, Ritchie has shown no evidence of misconduct. But many Minnesotans are questioning the openness and transparency of the vote tally that just ended.

Palin Smears - Jane Blackface Hamsher, Guilty Conscious or What! »

Gov Palin remarked about the “basement bloggers” who smeared her family, namely her newborn son Trig and her teenage daughter when the vicious lowlifes at DailyKos started the rumor that Trig was Gov. Palin’s son and not Gov. Palin’s and Firedoglake’s Jane “blackface” Hamsher reveals her guilty conscious.

FOXNews.com - Exclusive - Greta Van Susteren Video Below

VAN SUSTEREN: Is there anything else that has been raised or said about you in the media, either during the convention — I mean, during the campaign or since the campaign ended, that you think you need to address that has been, you know, an allegation about you?

PALIN: Well, unfortunately, early on, there are a tremendous number of examples that we can give regarding my record and things that could have, should have been so easily corrected if — if the media would have taken one step further and — and investigated a little bit, not just gone on some blogger probably sitting there in their parents’ basement, wearing their pajamas, blogging some kind of gossip or — or a lie regarding, for instance, the — the discussion about who was Trig’s real mom? You know, Was it one of her daughters or was she faking her pregnancy?

Seems Jane Hamsher at Firedoglake took it personal and felt if necessary to list the college degrees of her and some of her fellow nutroots.

As usual Hamsher in keeping with nutroot tradition of spin and lies completely ignores the fact that Markos of DailyKos was the host of the Baby Trig attacks and pulls out the smoke and mirrors by claiming that because some of the nutroot smear merchants have college degrees the smearing of Governor Palin is irrelevant. Ummm…ok?

Just trying to keep a sense of perspective here.

Obama Palin Fey Reveal Oprah and Her Priorities »

I have no problem with Oprah Winfrey going all out and in for Barack Obama but having Tina Fey on her show without even extending an invitation to Governor Sarah Palin shows how little Oprah Winfrey really cares about women in power when they don’t subscribe to the same political ideals.

Sun Times

Appearing via satellite on today’s “The Oprah Winfrey” show, comedian actress Tina Fey said she’s “packing up her wig” and retiring her portrayal of Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

“I’m going to retire. … I am really happy I did it,” Fey said. “It was this wonderful chance to go home again and be with my friends at ‘Saturday Night Live.’”

Fey, who crossed paths with Palin when she appeared on the show last month, said Palin was a good sport about the impersonation.

Fey appeared today on Winfrey’s show — the same day the talk show host will make her debut on the popular NBC hit “30 Rock,” which stars Fey.

Oprah says Palin can call her after the election?

She says she isn’t opposed to having Palin on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ in the future, though.

“If she wants to talk to me after tomorrow I will be happy to talk to her.”

Winfrey says it’s been “hard to keep my mouth shut on the show,” where politics is concerned, but adds, “I’m unleashed tomorrow.”

For now, Oprah, who voted last week in Chicago, says her eye is on the prize for the Illinois State Senator to take the Presidency and she has a dress ready for his inauguration.

Obama video delayed; Oprah to debut

A new will.i.am video celebrating Barack Obama’s win has been delayed, and now will be debuted on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” on Friday.

The Black Eyed Peas leader had said “It’s A New Day” would debut on dipdive.com Wednesday, the day after Obama was elected. Will.i.am’s publicist now says the Chicago-based show will debut the clip, with other celebrities on hand.

Barack Obama In Gay Marriage Out »

While the country elected one of the most liberal, far left candidates to ever win the White House last night the people also voiced their belief in the protection of marriage in Florida and Arizona.

Abortion bans lose, gay marriage bans win

Two U.S. states rejected proposals to limit abortion rights while others said no to gay marriage, in a mixed message over contentious social issues as Americans elected their first black president.

Results of votes on more than 150 proposed state measures across the country showed a more complex cultural map than Tuesday’s historic election of Democrat Barack Obama might indicate.

President Elect Barack Obama - Congratulations »

If he leads half as good as his speech tonight we’ll be just fine.
Congratulations President Elect Obama!

It is a special day for America and especially African Americans!

A nation has no finer son and worrier than Senator John McCain, a man who has given, suffered and sacrificed so much in so many ways for this great nation. Thank you John McCain.

Barack Obama gets that and for me that’s as good a place as any to start.

“I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.’”

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

“I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at a table of brotherhood.”

“This is our hope. This is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.”

“Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksand of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children.”

“Let freedom ring. And when this happens, and when we allow freedom ring—when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God’s children—black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics—will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: “Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”
