Obama needs only three votes from the five-member FCC to define localism in such a way that no radio station would dare air any syndicated conservative programming.

Localism is one of the rare issues on which Obama himself has been outspoken.

Alaska Gov. and Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin was cleared on Monday of wrongdoing in an abuse-of-power investigation into the firing of the state’s public safety commissioner.

The Alaska Personnel Board report, issued on the eve of the U.S. presidential election, ran contrary to findings from a legislative inquiry that concluded in October that Palin had abused the power of her office by pressuring subordinates to fire a state trooper involved in a feud with her family.

Mosque
board member Tarek Sabagh said many people within the mosque speculated
that the incident was the result of a DVD about Islamic radicalism
titled “Obsession: Radical Islam’s War Against the West” that was
mailed to area homes by its producers and circulated as a paid
advertisement with more than 70 newspapers, including the Dayton Daily
News.

“We are not linking the two at all,” Sabagh said.

DAYTON, Ohio (AP)

Police say no hate crime was committed
when a 10-year-old girl was sprayed in the face with an unknown
substance, leading to the evacuation of an Islamic mosque in Dayton.

The girl was watching other children at the Islamic Society of Greater
Dayton as their parents celebrated Ramadan on Friday night. Police say
she saw two men outside a basement window and that one of them sprayed
her from a can. She told investigators the substance burned her face
and made her sick to her stomach.

Hazardous materials team
coordinator Denny Bristow says there was not enough of the spray to
determine what it was and that all tests came back negative. He says no chemicals were found on the girl.

About 300 people were at the mosque at the time. A few were treated on site for eye irritation.

Chemical irritant empties Islamic Society of Greater Dayton’s mosque

DAYTON — Baboucarr Njie was preparing for his prayer session Friday night, Sept. 26, when he heard children in the Islamic Society of Greater Dayton coughing. Soon, Njie himself was overcome with fits of coughing and, like the rest of those in the building, headed for the doors.

“I would stay outside for a minute, then go back in, there were a lot of kids,” Njie said. “My throat is still itchy, I need to get some milk.”

According to fire dispatch communications, a child reported seeing two men with a white can spraying something into a window. That child was brought to the supervising firefighter at the scene.

What’s peculuar is that this took place on last Friday September 26th and there are already over 118,000 Google results on it.

When Dayton fire and emergency personnel arrived at 26 Josie St. on Friday night, they noticed an odor. HAZMAT workers checked the structure for pepper spray and other irritants, but found nothing.

Police said they were continuing their investigation.

a “chemical” irritant into the Mosque, targeting women and children then the vile scum should be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I’m sure all the lefties would want any suspects in this matter affordeded the best

just torture the person or persons responsible for attacking women and
children engaging in religious worship.

The United States and our troops were greeted as liberators, that’s a fact.
